Waikīkī is where it was on this Halloween night... spending a few hours with friends taking pictures of the many great costumed characters of this night! The great thing about this is, I didn't have to walk anywhere as they came walking past me instead... A few of my many favorites pictures of this night...

HALLOWBALOO MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL 2012

Evening of Saturday, October 27, 2012 - 

I've had the privilege of meeting up with photographers of IWSSB group for a photowalk at the 5th Annual Hallowbaloo Music & Arts Festival ( www.hallowbaloo.com ) in downtown Honolulu, Hawai'i. Although this event was cut short due to a Tsunami Warning that was issued for the state at 8pm... I did manage a few pictures of the characters of Honolulu pre-halloween... Big Mahalos to Stanley Yamada-Photographer Extraordinaire for setting this up and the other inspirational photogs Brandon, Kelli, Booker and others for making if fun :-)

Finally... the tsunami threat was called off at 4am... thank goodness ;-)

Through My Lens 2012

Spent this afternoon/evening at Ala Moana Beach Park (Magic Island) taking photos of our wonderful sunset and fireworks with great photographer friends.  I have really enjoyed my time on this day meeting and making new friends who share the same interests :)  Capturing the beauty of this place that we live through our lens...
